Meet & Greets
Meet & greets are our bread and butter here at Imaginacts, where our characters can truly shine and create those magical moments we’re renowned for. There is a difference between a trained performer who embodies a character and knows how to captivate children, and a person in a fancy-dress costume. Seeing a child’s face light up as their favourite character is brought to life right in front of their eyes often brings a tear to even the most impassive of eyes – and this is why we do what we do. Share in the magic by hosting our characters at your venue while we enchant your guests!
Character Dining
Character dining services are much the same as our Meet & Greet packages except instead of your customers waiting to meet us, we go directly to them - all while they’re enjoying your fabulous food. Perfect for afternoon teas, themed brunches, family events, or even ‘Princess & Prosecco’ evenings just for grown-ups! Dining sessions are in sittings, with each sitting being one or two hours long, depending on the capacity of your venue. Most clients choose to host multiple sittings per day to maximise profitability. We have a lot of experience operating this type of event and are happy to support you in the planning process to make your character dining events as successful as possible.
Story Sessions
Our characters love sharing their stories and can be booked to do just that at your venue. Whether you’re a library, a play centre, a farm, or anything else, invite us for a special story time with your guests. It is up to you how you choose to ticket the event (or whether you choose to at all!) – we recommend charging a small fee per child to guests wanting to join in for stories to limit numbers and maximise on magic. Every child will have time to enjoy a 1:1 meet & greet with their favourite character, receive an autograph, and pose for a portrait with them too of course. The more sessions you book per day, the more money you save!
Singalong Shows
If you’re booking two or more of our Fairytale characters for any of our event services, you can choose to have them perform a magical singalong show for your guests! No matter which Fairytale character combination you choose for your event, our talented in-house creatives can create a custom scripted singalong show especially for you. With stunning live performances of all their favourite songs, our characters are sure not only to engage, but to captivate your audience.

It takes our characters a very long time to get ready to make sure they really do look as though they’ve stepped right off the screen! You’ll notice that it gets cheaper and cheaper to add characters the longer you book them for. Here is a full breakdown of our pricing;

A Note on Pricing for Services for Schools
We have priced our services for schools at a highly affordable rate because we believe deeply in the power of education and its role in shaping young minds. Additionally, we offer this discounted pricing with the understanding that the school will help us to reach families by sharing information about our visit. This includes announcing our appearance in communications to parents and sending home our flyers with students on the day of the visit. By working together, we aim to create a mutually beneficial partnership that supports both your school’s educational goals and our mission to inspire imagination.
Story Sessions
We believe that reading lays the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning and exploration, building the confidence to dream and grow. Bring the magic of interactive storytelling to your school with our engaging Story Time sessions, led by one of our beloved children’s characters!
Each Story Time package includes two 20-minute interactive storytelling sessions, with the option to add additional sessions if needed. Prior to classroom sessions, the character(s) will make a special appearance in an assembly to introduce themselves, share why they love reading, and build excitement for the interactive story to come. We also provide the option to book more than one character to lead simultaneous sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for larger schools. There will be time for questions, photos, and autographs, giving children a chance to connect with the characters even further.
In our experience, character storytelling is much more enriching in smaller groups of children because it fosters a more interactive, engaging, and comfortable environment. In a smaller setting, children feel safer to ask questions, share their thoughts, and actively participate in the storytelling process. With fewer distractions and a more intimate atmosphere, each child has the chance to connect more personally with the story, the character, and their peers. For this reason, we highly recommend scheduling one session per class to maximise the experience for every child. However, we understand this may not always be feasible for your school. To maintain the quality and interactivity of the session, we have a maximum limit of four classes per story session, ensuring your pupils can still fully engage and enjoy their time with our characters.
Perfect for World Book Week, themed events, or simply as a special treat, our storytelling sessions are designed to spark creativity and a love of reading, making them a valuable and memorable addition to your school’s educational program.
Parties
Celebrate the end of term with a touch of magic with our end-of-term Party Packages! Featuring a dynamic duo of one fairytale character and one superhero (each chosen by you subject to availability), plus a character attendant to keep the fun flowing, these parties are designed to create lasting memories for your pupils. Choose between a one-hour or two-hour party, packed with exciting activities, interactive games, and plenty of fun!
Our end-of-term parties can accommodate up to three classes at a time, and we offer fantastic discounts for multiple parties in one day, making it easy to treat all your students. Highlights include party games and dancing, a thrilling superhero training session, a lively singalong, and the classic pass the parcel. For our two-hour parties, we add a creative arts & crafts session to round out the fun.
Each child will receive a certificate to commemorate the day, making them feel extra special. Perfect for celebrating the end of the school year with joy and imagination, our parties provide the ultimate send-off for your students!
Meet & Greets
Make your school event unforgettable with our magical Character Meet and Greet sessions, where everyone’s favourite characters come to life right in your classrooms! Whether your school is celebrating a special occasion or tying the experience to current classroom themes, our character meet and greets provide the perfect pick-me-up for your pupils.
Ideal for Christmas or summer fetes, your chosen characters will take the time to chat with each child; signing autographs and posing for photos, making each moment truly special.
Children will have the chance to ask questions and interact with the characters, creating a magical experience where they’ll truly believe their favourite characters are absolutely real. These personalised encounters are a unique way to enhance your school’s events with a touch of enchantment!
Charities
Imaginacts all began 25 years ago when seven-year-old Director, Kate, went on a very special trip to Disneyland with her family for her sister’s fourth birthday – a wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Despite sadly losing her sister shortly afterwards, Kate still has the most treasured memories of this trip and feels privileged to have the opportunity to bring joy and magic to the children of today – the same way the characters she met with her sister did for her when she was younger.
With this in mind, charity work is incredibly important to Imaginacts, and we partner with one charity every year to offer appearances at two events by up to four characters, completely free of charge. Applications open on the 1st October every year and close on the 30th November – keep an eye on our socials and website for the application form! The three runner-up charities won’t walk away with nothing; we’ll offer 50% off any booking you make for the following calendar year. Please note that these rates apply to registered charities only and are to be used exclusively for fundraising events and experiences for families supported by the charity.
